Dr Michael Holland, Member for Bega, said “NAIDOC Week is an important opportunity to recognise and honour the richness of Aboriginal cultures and the strength of community-led celebration.
I’m proud to see local organisations in the Bega and Eurobodalla regions contributing to this statewide program with events that highlight the creativity, resilience and pride of Aboriginal people.
The Minns Labor Government’s support reflects our commitment to closing the gap, strengthening cultural connection, and ensuring the next generation of young Aboriginal people are supported to thrive in culture and community.”
