Fast EV Charger installed at Council

On Tuesday the ESC Sustainability team and members of the South Coast Health and Sustainability Alliance (SHASA) were on hand for the official commissioning of the NRMA Fast Charger behind the Bas. This is the only one in Moruya. Eurobodalla Council currently has 4 EVs use.

In the ACT 25% of new cars sales are EVs.

In his role as Mayor, Mat Hatcher clocks up around 40,000km per year in his EV.

Conservatively this could be calculated at saving over $5,000 per year in fuel costs alone.
